Holly Westcott
Founder
Hi my name is Holly Westcott and I am the founder of Alabaster Case Management. I have been a CAP C case manager for 11 years, having the privilege of working with families and children in Southeastern NC. Before working in Case Management I was a Pediatric Nurse at NHRMC and in upstate NY. I graduated with Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Binghamton University in Vestal, NY and have been a Certified Case Manager since 2012. I love having the opportunity to come alongside families to provide education, encouragement and a way to access services in order to improve their overall wellbeing. When I am not working I am a blessed wife and mom of 2 beautiful, energetic girls. I love my church family and the chance to continually learn and grow with them, and I also enjoy spending time at our beautiful beaches as well as exploring new places and adventures.

“Hi my name is Kayla Aanerud and I am a Case Manager with Alabaster Case Management. I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from California State University of Sacramento. I have been doing case management services for the past 10 years; focusing on child development, mental health, and homelessness. My passion has always been supporting families and strengthening communities. I have been able to pursue my passion through case management by providing connection to resources, as well as being a resource to the people that I have the privilege to serve. My family and I have been happy to call North Carolina our home since 2021. I am looking forward to doing my part in strengthening and growing our community.”

"Hi my name is Carley Cumbo and I am a Case Manager with Alabaster Case Management. I attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where I received my Bachelor’s in Recreation Therapy. Before working in Case Management I worked with families and children in the community, education system, and within the realm of adaptive sports— helping them reach their goals, eliminate barriers to health and wellness, and increase overall quality of life. I knew from a young age that I had a deep desire to spend my life genuinely loving and serving others. I am passionate about meeting families where they are, being a strong support and place of hope! It’s an honor to transfer my previous skills to walk alongside the families at Alabaster. I am a local of Wilmington, North Carolina and enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, taking long walks on the beach, and exploring new hobbies to try."

Marisa Metcalf
Administrative Associate
"Hello, my name is Marisa Metcalf, and I am an Administrative Associate for Alabaster Case Management. I graduated from Central Piedmont Community College in 2019 with a degree in Interpreter Education. After graduating, I interpreted ASL / English in the public school system for just over a year in Jacksonville, North Carolina and had the opportunity to work alongside students who had a wide variety of diagnoses. Additionally, I have had several years of professional experience in an administrative role including the financial industry and with my church. I am humbled to be able to partner with families in our community to aid in achieving their goals and providing hope! Most of my pre-teen and teen years were spent growing up in Wilmington; my husband, Carter, and I moved to Wilmington / the surrounding area after we were married around five years ago and absolutely love this area and the community here. We love serving at our church in the Kids Ministry and during church-wide events throughout the year. As hobbies, we enjoy playing board games, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends."
